The early years of his career were spent in the construction engineering industry. Since then, and with over twenty year’s commercial & international experience, he has successfully led teams in a wide variety of organisations within the private, public and not for profit sectors. These include The Costain Group, GEC Alsthom, BAE Systems & The Environment Agency. Consequently, Mike understands the need for any investment in organisational development and change to add value within your business.
His passion is for driving high performance in organisations through client focused solutions & interventions. In his vast experience as a team and leadership coach, he has successfully led assignments for The Dorchester Hotel, Shell UK, British Nuclear Group, Barclays Private Bank, DFS, Greater Manchester Police, Gulf Business Machines, Doncaster Rovers, Cooperative Financial Services and Hasbro, amongst others.
