A European top team in major brand electronics giant, needed to gain real commitment to a new and dramatically different operating strategy.

Against a background of resistance to organisational change and business turmoil, the President required a new and powerful approach to getting his team and the organisation to do things differently. Working at the time as an internal consultant Mark designed and delivered the Leadership Journey. A highly innovative programme that created a model for change, an experience of real team collaboration and the chance to test their strategy to beyond destruction point and back.

Using a combination of business dialogue session, interventions from leading thinkers and some incredible experiential learning processes, Mark was able to move the top team of the organization to commit to deliver a three year programme of organisational regeneration. Working at the highest level of the organisation, Mark was able to challenge conventional thinking and help the top team build new capability in both thinking about the business and change implementation.
