Hilton needed to redesign their talent management selection process for their high potential group to enable them to do this differently and better. Bryn created a robust and rigorous assessment process that could be used in any part of the vast Hilton Empire, regardless of location. Supporting the roll out and implementation of a new high potential assessment process meant developing relevant criteria, with the business managers and then designing a process that was valid, and meaningful to the participants. Not an easy task in such a multicultural environment as global hospitality.
